Invigo Realty Ltd. has been an established and reputable BC Real Estate Investment and Rent to Own Procurement Company. We are a privately-owned, family oriented company who offers a professional, stimulating, rewarding, high-expectation environment to develop your career and reward for all our clients.
Invigo is a group of professionals helping people with credit issues across BC to experience the dream of home ownership. We find good people, who may be down on their luck and haven’t been able to buy a home, and set them up in the home they choose in a rent-to-own opportunity. A local Homeownership Advocate purchases the home our clients select from all of the homes available for sale. Our Association Membership of Investors help design a special Rent to Own program providing the opportunity for our Rent to Own clients to own their own home.
Invigo was formed to encourage Canadians to invest in their communities by providing homeownership opportunities to renters who want to own their own homes but cannot qualify for a mortgage.
